عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ كَظَمَ غَيْظًا وَهُوَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى أَنْ يُنْفِذَهُ دَعَاهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الْخَلَائِقِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يُخَيِّرَهُ فِي أَيِّ الْحُورِ شَاءَ

Dari Sahl bin Mu'adz bin Anas dari Ayahnya, bahawa Rasulullah SAW bersabda: "Barangsiapa mampu menahan amarahnya sedangkan ia mampu melampiaskannya, maka Allah akan memanggilnya di hadapan seluruh makhluk pada hari Kiamat hingga Allah memberinya (kebebasan) memilih bidadari yang ia suka." (HR Ibnu Majah No: 4176) Status: Hadis  Hassan

Pengajaran:

1.  Beruntung mereka yang sentiasa mampu mengawal marah

2.  Muslim yang mampu mengawal marah ketika dia boleh dan berpeluang untuk marah, di hari akhirat akan diganjari dengan kelebihan boleh memilih mana-mana bidadari di syurga.

3.  Muslim yang mampu mengawal marah, memiliki akhlak terpuji yang dijanjikan syurga. Sabda Rasulullah:

عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ....لاَ تَغْضَبْ وَلَكَ الْجَنَّةُ

Dari Abi Darda, sesungguhnya Rasulullah SAW bersabda…."Jangan kamu marah, maka kamu akan masuk Syurga (Tabrani No: 1762)

Marilah kita bersifat RAHMAH dengan berusaha mengawal perasaan marah yang tidak bertempat.

Tasbih Mengganda Pahala dan Penghapus Dosa

عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَيَعْجِزُ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَكْسِبَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ أَلْفَ حَسَنَةٍ فَسَأَلَهُ سَائِلٌ مِنْ جُلَسَائِهِ كَيْفَ يَكْسِبُ أَحَدُنَا أَلْفَ حَسَنَةٍ قَالَ يُسَبِّحُ مِائَةَ تَسْبِيحَةٍ فَيُكْتَبُ لَهُ أَلْفُ حَسَنَةٍ أَوْ يُحَطُّ عَنْهُ أَلْفُ خَطِيئَةٍ

Dari Mush'ab bin Sa'd Telah menceritakan kepadaku Bapakku dia berkata; "Kami pernah berada di sisi Rasulullah SAW. Setelah itu baginda bertanya: 'Apakah mampu salah seorang dari kalian memperoleh seribu kebaikan dalam sehari? ' Lalu salah seorang dari para sahabat bertanya; 'Ya Rasulullah, bagaimana mungkin seseorang akan mampu meraih seribu kebaikan dalam sehari? ' Rasulullah berkata: 'Ketahuilah bahwa orang yang bertasbih seratus kali akan dicatat seribu kebaikan untuknya dan dihapus seribu kesalahan darinya.'(HR Muslim No: 4866) Status: Hadis Sahih

Pengajaran:

1.  Berzikir kepada Allah adalah antara amalan yang diperintahkan untuk dilaksanakan.

2.  Bertasbih adalah antara amalan yang boleh mendapat ganjaran pahala dan menghapuskan dosa.

3.  Orang yang bertasbih 100 kali sehari akan memperolehi 1000 ganjaran kebaikan berbentuk pahala dan dihapuskan 1000 kesalahan dalam bentuk pengampunan dosa. Dalam hadis yang lain:

َنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ فِي يَوْمٍ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ حُطَّتْ خَطَايَاهُ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ مِثْلَ زَبَدِ الْبَحْرِ

Dari Abu Hurairah RA bahawa Rasulullah SAW bersabda: "Barangsiapa mengucapkan 'Subhanallah wabihamdihi (Maha suci Allah dan segala pujian hanya untuk-Nya)  sehari seratus kali, maka kesalahan-kesalahannya akan terampuni walaupun sebanyak buih di lautan." (HR Bukhari No: 5926) Status: Hadis Sahih
